New digital health partnership with Guy’s and St Thomas’ Charity

By Jessica

We’re excited to announce that we’re going to be partnering with Guy’s and St Thomas’ Charity to boost our offering to digital health ventures during our autumn accelerator programme.

Our 12 week accelerator programme, which kicks off on 5th September, will support a range of tech for good startups solving problems in health, education, the environment and democracy. All the teams on the autumn programme will benefit from our offer of investment, intensive mentoring and support – however those working in digital health will also have access to a sector specific package of support from the Charity.

This will include mentoring and advice from the Guy’s and St Thomas’ Charity team, as well as access to relevant networks within hospitals, NHS networks, patients and patient groups in Southwark and Lambeth. The programme will also give staff at the Charity, and their partners in the local area, access to BGV’s cutting edge digital health teams that will enable them to be at the forefront of health innovation in the UK.

Guy’s and St Thomas’ Charity is an independent foundation dedicated to improving health in Lambeth and Southwark. This partnership is part of their ongoing work in digital health, which also includes the launch of a new incubation space called Health Foundry, and a pan-London Digitalhealth.london accelerator programme.
