Tech for Good Meetup

By Lily

You’ll be glad to hear Tech for Good Meetup is back on the 1st of September, from 6.30pm. We will be running it in collaboration with Nominet Trust  with an amazing lineup of speakers:

  • Nathalie Richards, founder of Edukit, a platform which matches kids with youth projects in their communities.
  • Ugo Vallauri, founder of The Restart Project which aims to get us fixing our electronics rather than throwing them away
  • Jamie Druitt, founder of Talk Life, the social network that saves lives, by providing a space for young people to support each other through mental health issues. (Recently endorsed by Stephen Fry)
  • Freddie Yauner, founder of Shift MS an online community for people with from Multiple Sclerosis.
  • Tess Riley of Streetbank, a platform that helps you share things with your neighbours.

There will be drinks and chat afterwards, and then we will head to the Fox Pub around the corner, so do come join.

The event is currently sold out but you can sign up to the waiting list here, and we’re pretty sure spaces will come up!
