Applications are open for our Spring 2024 Tech for Good Programme

We’re excited to announce that applications for our flagship Tech for Good programme for Spring 2024 are open!

Successful ventures will receive £60,000 investment (in return for 7% equity), as well as expert support and mentorship from the people who pioneered tech for good. There has never been a more exciting time to join BGV and our community.  

Who Should Apply?

If you're working on a venture that uses technology to address pressing social and environmental issues, we want to hear from you! If you’re using tech for good to contribute to a sustainable planet, healthy lives or an inclusive society your idea could be exactly what we're looking for.

Why Bethnal Green Ventures?

We're not your average investor. Bethnal Green Ventures is deeply committed to the tech for good movement. We understand the unique challenges that tech for good ventures face and offer not just funding but also mentoring, support, and access to a network of like-minded founders and experts. Our programme helps you launch your early-stage venture with 6 weeks of intensive learning – the start of every BGV portfolio company.

The Application Process

Our application process is straightforward but thorough. We look for ventures that have a clear vision, a viable business model, and the potential to scale. Most importantly, we want to see a genuine commitment to social impact. You’ll apply online, interviews for shortlisted ventures will be held online at the end of January, and we’ll let you know by the end of February whether you’ve been successful.

‍Before you apply…

• Head to our application page where you’ll find all the information you need on eligibility, our offer, and the application form.
• Our Spring 2024 programme will be hybrid, with some parts of the programme online and others in-person in central London. The programme will run from 18th March 2024.
• One reason we may not accept you into the programme is if your idea competes with one of our portfolio companies. Keep up to date with who we’ve invested in so far here.
• You don’t need a warm intro to be able to speak to us. Sign up for a drop-in session with a member of the BGV team here.
