BGV's Operational Impact Report 2022

Being a B Corp is really important to us at Bethnal Green Ventures. Our mission is to invest in and support startups that use technology to solve important social and environmental problems. The B Corp process holds us accountable and means we maintain high standards for our actions towards all our stakeholders.

This year we have split our impact reporting into two parts to cover 1. the activities of our funds and portfolio, and 2. BGV’s operations. Here, we are sharing BGV’s Operational Impact Report, where we cover our activities across five B Corp impact areas: Governance, Workers, Community, Environment and Customers. 

The report covers:

• What we did within each impact area in 2022 
• What we would like to do in 2023
• Examples of how we have taken each impact area from theory to practice
